About Me

Jessica Bayes, BHSc NutMed (Honours), Dip (BTh), ANTA

Healthy eating and nutrition has been a passion of mine and an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. Leading a healthy lifestyle is one of the greatest forms of self-respect and helps you to feel your absolute best. I am devoted to educating and empowering others to reach their highest potential and optimum health through diet and lifestyle. My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, gastrointestinal health, mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, skin concerns and weight management.

I am currently a PhD Candidate at the Australian Research Centre in Complementary and Integrative Medicine, Faculty of Health, University of Technology Sydney. My research interests include dietary interventions for mental health. I continue to develop my skills and knowledge by regularly attending seminars and additional education programs to keep up to date with the latest nutrition science. I am also a Clinic Supervisor/lecturer at Endeavour College of Natural Health.

In addition to my honours bachelor degree in Nutritional Medicine I also hold qualifications in skin therapy and massage. I have worked as a skin specialist for 10 years and frequently hold workshops on natural skin care solutions and holistic body therapies. I offer specialised skin consultations, facials and aromatherapy massages as well as personalised nutrition consultations in my clinic.

In my spare time I like to keep fit and attend mixed martial arts twice per week. I love to spend time in nature, going on long walks in the local forest and watching the birds. I love to cook and experiment with new foods and am always sharing new recipes with my clients.

I am so grateful to be able to practice what I love every day and share my passion and knowledge with others. I hope to see you in my clinic soon!

In good health,

Jessica
